Dr. Matthew Chroust

 

Dr. Matt Chroust is dual degree oral and maxillofacial surgeon practicing in Antioch. He completed his undergraduate education in his home state of Minnesota before moving to San Francisco to obtain his dental degree from UCSF. He continued his training at UCSF, completing a one year general surgery rotation and obtained his medical degree from UCSF. He competed his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency at the University of California, San Francisco with experience in facial trauma, orthognathic surgery, anesthesia and treatment of pathology in addition to dentoalveolar surgery. He is passionate about patient care and always strives for every patient to have a comfortable experience.

Dr. Chroust is a registered California Dental Continuing Education provider, a member of the California Dental Association, American Dental Association, the California Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.

On a personal level, Dr. Chroust was recently married in a small, 12 person, pandemic wedding to Amanda Wu and couldn’t be happier. He loves spending time in the kitchen cooking with Amanda, spending time with family and exploring all that California has to offer.
